However, I love the fact that you can get a tremendous health benefit just by doing 30 minutes of exercise a day. It doesn't even have to be strenuous exercise. As someone...I don't disagree with any of this. As someone who has fought his weight for many years, and is continuing to do so, the 30 minute mark is just a starting point. And, more importantly, you have to quit making excuses and quit thinking "I must walka round 30 minutes a day, you know, cumulatively". I know that sounds crazy, but I also know what I said and what I hear people saying. And you need to keep it up and not reward yourself.<br /><br />I know how I finally started to lose weight. It was a lot more than 30 minutes, and cutting out a lot of rotten eating habits. I'm not in good shape.
