Coffee and Tea Help Prevent Brain Tumours

Preliminary results show that coffee and tea are linked to lower incidents of brain tumours. This is excellent news considering how much of the stuff I drink.

Use Non Fat Milk for Better Foam

Courtesy of Lifehacker they've linked to a TLC article on the 10 Things Your Barista Doesn't Want You to Know. Number 3 is to use non fat milk for your lattes which is something I always do as I find it makes for a more flavorful brew.

Starbucks Raising Prices

As was warned a couple of weeks ago coffee prices are going up. Starbucks is following along with this trend.

MRVLCATS

So earlier this week Marvel talent scout C.B. Cebulski said that Marvel did not accept written submissions to which artist Katie Cook responded "HOW i am supposed to submit my pitch for the all kitten cast of the avengers?" which then prompted artist, writer, letterer Chris Eliopoulos then responded by posting a drawing of Catlactus. That's when things got crazy with artist from all over posting their own renditions of Marvel characters as cats.
